About the Course

As a company you can define what you think is a VIP player. Tiers can differentiate per company as its based on the size of the database. The tiers can also change when for example you manage to acquire more high value players. Players can move around between the tiers during their lifetime. Ideally they stay as long as possible in the highest tier, however 99% of the players will not have the funds to sustain their high level. Therefore its important that as a company you constantly evaluate your database and adjust your CRM/VIP strategy.
